Orders are shipped from our distribution center in Indonesia for delivery to clients worldwide.
You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order.

Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

- The item reference you wish to return
- The reason for returning the item
Please wait for our acceptance of the return prior shipping back.
Send your returns with a shipping service of your choice; the shipping cost is at your expense. Remember that the package must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED ?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
- Check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation e-mail in the Track your Order page
- Check that there is no national holiday in your country which may have delay the delivery.
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- In the case of a missed delivery please contact the FED EX, (www.fedex.com).
